How do I follow up on a refund?

Requesting a return or having it accepted for review does not mean the refund has reached you. After the case is checked and decided, the team determines the eligible amount and return method based on the order, payment method, currency, and reason. Keep the order number and any reference given by support.

If you already have a support conversation, follow it in Conversations. Otherwise, email support@honeysouqhub.com with the order number. Mention the approval or item-return date if known, and ask for the current stage, amount, and refund method. Arrival time can vary with the payment method and required process; support can give case-specific details instead of a general promise.
